All bookings (including private aircraft charters, superyachts, underwater suite buyouts, and polar expeditions) are subject to specific third-party operational contracts, safety protocols, and maritime/aviation regulations.

2. Booking Guarantees & Payment Terms

Inquiries submitted via our concierge desk do not constitute a confirmed reservation until an official Charter Agreement or Booking Confirmation is signed by both parties and initial escrow deposits are cleared. Payments for high-value experiences are processed via encrypted bank wire transfers or verified escrow partners.

3. Weather, Safety & Force Majeure Disclaimers

Due to the extreme nature of certain curated adventures (e.g., Antarctic ice landings, deep-sea submarine dives), schedules remain subject to meteorologist and expedition lead approval. Pickboardstudio is not liable for weather delays, though comprehensive rerouting or rescheduling guarantees will be enforced per carrier agreements.
